In an effort to maintain some sort of creative outlet, I decided to finally take up baking. I am in classes at GTCC and decorating and baking 2 nights a week. I can't tell you how happy it makes me to make something beautiful from scratch and share it with people that I love. There really isn't anything better than a fresh strawberry cake and a smile.
